Match Report Press Report

Chichester Ladies 1 Lost to Totton Ladies 1 in a one-sided match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 2 string should have been the closest, with only 55 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Janine Keeble, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 1 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 67 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Jemma Holt.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 1 string, Jemma Holt, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 1 string, Jemma Holt, who over-turned a 791 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
